Why we ask
As part of Indonesian regulations, we kindly require a photo of each guest's passport for registration purposes.
This can be shared before arrival or at check-in, whichever is more convenient for you.
Passport information is collected solely for Indonesian guest registration requirements and security purposes. Files are stored securely and deleted within 90 days after check-out unless required longer by law.
