Security deposit
A refundable security deposit is required for all stays.
By confirming your booking, you agree to this policy.
Amount
- IDR 5,000,000 — standard stays, up to 6 guests
- IDR 10,000,000 — large groups or special bookings
Payment
Prior to check-in — by bank transfer or cash.
Refund
- Cash: returned after check-out inspection.
- Card / bank transfer: within 24–48 hours after check-out, subject to inspection.
What it covers
The deposit covers any damages, missing items, or additional cleaning if required.
