  1. Check-in

    Step 1

    From 2:00 PM

    We'll meet you personally between 8 AM and 8 PM to welcome you. Outside those hours, we'll send you the key code — there's a key box on the door.

  2. Check-out

    Step 2

    By 12:00 PM

    One of our staff or the villa manager will come by to check that everything is left in good order. If there's anything you'd like to mention before departure, just let us know. After the final check, we'll prepare the return of your security deposit.

  3. Before you leave

    Check your room carefully · Check the safety box · Take all personal belongings · Don't forget phone chargers, cables, adapters or other small items. Thank you for staying with us — we hope to welcome you back again soon. 🙏
